Is Buying an Property in Chennai, the Most Safest investment?


Friends, I am trying to understand things, that has happened in last One Year… DHFL, PMC Bank and Now YES Bank…. !!!!

It’s an true incident, I am sharing with you here…

Before few months, when that PMC Bank thing happened, One Young Lady came in my office, with her Father to buy a Property in her name… She is settled in US after her marriage and she is earning too good by her job over their… She was here for her first Child Birth, at her father’s home… That lady, highly educated told me – Uncle, I want to buy a ticket 1.5 Cr flat in Adyar or Velachery, for investment – I asked her the reason to invest… the reply she gave me was something to understand

She told me – In my Bank Pass Book it’s mentioned that you are secured for 1 lac of rupees in Bank… Uncle it’s not the matter of how strong my Bank is today, first I don’t know my Bank’s future and second, it’s Mental Game, if someone tells you that we don’t take responsibility of your money – How can I continue to trust them? Bank is not ready to safeguard my amount – So BETTER I Buy one Property… Even if tomm it’s huge recession, and my Flat investment is going negative – let it be – atleast, Lifetime I will enjoy that Property by staying in it … and what does Bank says… suddenly one evening they can say, it’s done and early morning that Bank will not reopen – all my Money will be gone I dispute… So, I want to buy One Flat today…

See, how right She was in her thoughts…

As what has happened with Bank – Such Scam can happen with Mutual Funds also… Just think, how much Bigger that can be ??? A Mutual Fund Scam !!!! And their are many ways to do this….

Only two Options left for investment- Safe Investment… Gold and Property

Gold is on Lifetime High and Property in Chennai is at Low of last Five Years… What will all Prefer ?

Friends – I strongly believe that Property, specially in Chennai- will be of high choice for safe investment…

If such thing happens with Fourth numbered Private Bank of India – Yes Bank… Someday it can happened with Other Banks also!!!

Though I may be reacting more on this Subject – But as we all know – it’s Mental Game… People will surely look Bank in more suspicious ways from here… Equity and Mutual Fund May also create some doubts in their head… What else then !!!!!!

So, Be Confident while you Sell Real Estate of Chennai to investors – You are making their Money Safe… Securing their Future – Don’t Hesitate to Sell – You are doing Great Service to your Client…

Even in such bad Economy world wide – Still, today in Chennai – Properties are Selling – Still their are Buyers – Rather in Small Ticket Size, their is Strong buying happening… GST is decreased and Home Loan is cheaper….

    I’m a salesperson and sales storytelling is one of my sales strategies. I’m proud to be in sales more than anyone else, because regardless of how good the product or service might be it has to be sold. Once the product is sold, the money gets circulated driving the economy. Are the sales people the driving force behind the economy?
